Insurance can be claimed for any accident that occurs during the ride covering opd, hospital charges of minimum 5 lakh.


24 X 7 Customer Support


Both our captains and customers can report any kind of issue 24X7 through the rapido support feature.


Two way rating system


Post the ride, both parties can rate each other any rating below 3 will be flagged by rapido.

Ride completion check


Anyone who takes a ride between 10pm and 6am will recieve call from rapido customer care after the ride.


Proactive check-in


Every rider will be alerted on the system and called by rapido customer care when there is any unusual activity or deviation from set protocol.
